Kvalvika Beach

This place can only be reached on foot, after doing a mountain hike, and is always packed with wild campers who come there to enoy the midnight sun. I shot this photo in July 2017, around midnight, when the sun was at its lowest point and shade was covering parts of the beach.

On this particular evening the sky erupted in #green. I braved the frigid water as it reflected back onto the beach. The tide was rising rapidly but I was mesmerized by the #green lights of the sky dancing over my head. I could see the Milky Way, it was a wonderful discovery. If you happen to be in Northern Norway, it is worth a visit. #greenphotos
