It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing. "

"I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"
