Staff were professional and quite happy with room space considering room space in Japan can be quite a luxury thing. All in all, very pleasant experience stay with them. Ps: there is an onsen opposite the hotel that we didn’t get to use it.

Its close to everything. Convenient with restaurants aroubd and also convenience stores within minutes. Room can be a little bit cleaner but acceptable. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The front desk folks were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing as it was close to the Aeon shopping mall, which also has a grocery store within it. The hotel is also close to the Kyoto train station, which again is a great perk. Our hotel room was just as great as everything else. We had a kitchen, bathtub and shower, and the room was sizable to comfortably fit our family of four. We like the hotel so much that we suggested to our friends to stay here as well, on their next trip out to Kyoto.

Gorgeous hotel within 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station. We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a spacious room with a balcony and kitchenette. Everything was clean and new. It was a pleasure to stay there.
