Love hôtel avec les inconvénients que cela peut avoir. Assez loin des centres d'intérêts et éloigné de la gare. Nous n'avions pas précisé que nous voulions une chambre non fumeurs et nous avons eu une chambre fumeurs... L'odeur de cigarette était forte, mais malgré sa gentillesse, la réceptionniste n'a pas pu (ou voulu) nous changer de chambre. Expérience très mitigée donc

Friendly hotel but not for tourists

Staff were welcoming and eager to please. However this hotel is not geared up for tourists. There are no instructions for TV or any gadgets in English and, as this is a love hotel, you're wary of touching anything for fear of what you may be buying! There was also a vending machine in the room with no explanation as to the contents. The hotel needs to decide who they want to cater for and set up accordingly. Free breakfast is provided which is brought to your room. The 24 hour "mood music" and screens advertising the various rooms are too loud when your room is directly off the reception area.

Reasonable choice in expensive Kyoto hotel market

We were happy to use it as a place to sleep over while exploring Kyoto during the day. Clean, comfortable small hotel. Not many options to have a snack in the area.

Es un motel no un hotel

Limpio, el staf agradable, hablan inglés menos que básico pero no es un hotel para estar más de 1 noche y la zona no es la mejor, está rodeada de varios moteles más, está cerca de estación de bus local(15 mins caminando) muchas amenities pero nada más. Huele Mucho a cigarro aunque no fumes

Gutes Hotel, Aufpreis aber nicht wert.

An sich ein gutes Love Hotel. Die Zimmer sind angeraucht, Bett und Tücher jedoch frisch. Die Wanne ist zu klein dafür, zwei Personen unterzubringen, man kann nur nebeneinander kauern, aber eintauchen ist nicht. Ein Fader Beigeschmack bleibt aufgrund der Zimmerwahl haften. Deluxe war reserviert und bezahlt, wir bekamen jedoch ein "gehobenes" Standardzimmer. Auf Rückfrage beim Personal hiess es, das sei bei Gästen, welche über hotels.com/expedia buchen so. Trotzdem seh ich nicht ganz ein, solch einen Mehpreis hinzulegen für einen Raum, der Einheimischen als Stanardzimmer vergeben wird.

Great room and bathroom

As others have mentioned, it's a love hotel (you can even watch adult movies in the TVs by the lobby), but it's probably one of the biggest rooms (if not the biggest) you'll find in Kyoto. The shower itself is a whole room. The bed was a bit hard but surprisingly, we rested very well and had no backaches whatsoever. Breakfast was great, but make sure you reserve it the night before, as it is an in-room breakfast. Lots of different products to use (condom included). The only downside is that it's located in a strange area and not walking distance from the station; best choice for us was to take a taxi to and from the hotel.

Caution - this is not a tourist hotel

I thought this was urban-spa type of hotel .... I was wrong. It's a Japanese Love Hotel - for couples looking for time-out and, or, a hideaway. The staff does not speak English, nor are they geared to provide any kind of tourist information, in fact, they remain discreetly out of view so you can go about your business without anyone seeing you. The room is clean, huge and full of all the necessities for love (you just need to understand all the Japanese instructions). This hotel is located in an industrial sector, which makes the walk back from the subway at night somewhat intimidating. I only recommend this hotel if you are looking to spice up your vacation with a love get-away, where you are planning to stay in your room.

Was not aware of the type of hotel resort when booked but everything was professional. It was more like a Travel lodge in the UK .

Witzig, geräumig, aber ungünstige Lage

Das Hotel ist nett eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich. Riesiges Zimmer. Personal spricht kaum englisch. Ist aber nicht wichtig, man hat eh kaum Kontakt. Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht,leider nicht sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ungünstig, 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Subway,dann vier Stationen bis Kyoto Station,von da mit Bus weiter je nachdem wo man hin will. Insgesamt witzige Erfahrung wegen des Love Hotel, stört auch nicht wenn man damit nichts zu tun haben möchte,dann einfach die VideoKanäle etc ignorieren! Würde es wegen der Lage aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Très bel hôtel tout confort !

Dommage que l'hôtel soit éloigné du centre et que le personnel très charmant ne parle pas anglais.... Il n'y a pas de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner mais il est servi dans la chambre le matin à l'heure souhaitée. Il faut le réserver la veille au soir.

Nice hotel with good conditions

It was out of expectation with the price I paid. I love the 60" TV in my room and all the facilities are almost brand new and this also is a quite new hotel and good for couples
