So Goooooooooooood!

8명 가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋았구요, 위치가 특히 독보적입니다. 교토역 및 돈키호테가 걸어서 5분도 걸리지 않습니다. 청결도나 서비스 등이 다 좋았지만 계단이 좀 좁고 경사가 있어 큰 짐을 들고 오르락 내리락 하기가 좀 힘드실 수 있기때문에 이점만 주의하시면 좋은 여행이 되실거에요!

下次多人去京都，我還是想住這間！ 一、地理位置 絕佳！不用拖著厚重行李在低溫中移動，腳程快3分鐘抵達、普通路程5分鐘，第一次找路的話大約是10分鐘。往後站ibis方向前進就對了。 二、價格 通常預算抓NT$1200/人/晚的話，都會是極小的商務旅館；這棟包住的度假屋有很寬敞的1F客廳！方便打開行李箱整理行李~ 三、浴室 一間浴室、一間廁所；有吹風機、附浴缸，可以在行走一整天後，買溫泉入浴劑來泡澡！6個人輪流洗澡真的很耗時，推薦附近(約300公尺)有間道地的大正(Taisho-yu)澡堂，單次430円/人，洗髮精、肥皂、毛巾都是另外計費(可以自己帶)，熱水很燙，評價可以到google map參考~。 四、附近與設施 lason、全家、唐吉軻德(非24H)都在300m範圍內，電器價格大勝bic camera啊!!! 五、缺點 1、客廳對外門是玻璃門+密碼鎖，不知道為什麼總覺得有點不安阿XD而且下方是通風的，所以不建議晚上睡客廳喔XD 2、2F的暖氣較無法吹到對面房間(有沙發的照片)，所以睡那間的人記得不要搶棉被或準備外套在旁邊:) 3、半夜想上廁所要小心下樓，因為廁所在1F。

This is a very roomy place for Japan. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The air conditioners both work very well too. The main strength of this rental is it’s ridiculous proximity to Kyoto Station. It’s a 2 minute walk if you’re slow. All three beds are Asian style, very firm. The shower/bath area is Asian style. There is a Western style toilet. The glass door/wall entry, though easy, is unusual. I don’t think this property began as a residence but more likely a business of some sort. There is a bamboo curtain that can be lowered for partial, but not complete privacy, especially with lights on at night. The upstairs sleeping area has complete privacy. Also keep in mind that this property has very steep stairs, so it would be difficult for very young children (less than 3) or older or larger folk. It would also be difficult to get large luggage upstairs, so we kept all of our luggage downstairs. Overall, this was a great place for us, and we would happily use this place again.

Confortable hotel very close to Kyoto Station

Nothing to complain but the temperature of the room especially the second floor. But there are air conditioner in each room of both floors. So it was not critical. All in all, we could enjoy staying in this hotel.

Location is convenient，but not clean enough

The restroom smelled so bad. The door was glass, people walked by can see inside even with the blinds. Most of the kitchen supplies covered with dust.
