ファミリー向け、外国人向けのお部屋に連泊しました。 マンションの一室のようなタイプで、チェックインとチェックアウトも特に手続きで立ち会う方もいなく事前メールでのやりとりのみです。 キッチン用具、アメニティも揃っていましたがタオルの替えがない点、洗濯機はあるが洗剤がない点は残念でした。 京都駅からまっすぐ5分ほどの距離にもかかわらず静かな住宅街にあり、買い物、食事にも不自由しないアクセス抜群の立地です。 価格が破格のため満足です。

출국전 호텔측에 체크인 장소에 대해 문의했지만 답변을 받지 못하였다. 교토의 호텔들은 체크인 장소가 다른 곳이 종종 있어서 혹시나 하는 마음에 확인하고자 했습니다. 구글맵으로 호텔을 찾아갔지만 카운터에는 아무도 없었고 기재되어 있는 전화번호로 수차례 전화하였지만 연결이 되지 않았습니다. 도어 번호에 대한 언급도 미리 없어서 난감했습니다. 교토역 근처이고,싼 가격에 예약했지만 서비스가 너무 엉망입니다.

I booked this beacuse it had two rooms as my friend and I were travelling together it offered a chance for some space mid holiday. Sadly that is not what we got, we had one giant room with four beds, overlooked by the external stairwell with no proper curtain so people on the stairs can see you in bed! There is a large fire escape light in the room that is really bright and on all night. There is no reception so no-one to meet you on arrivel - contrary to all the paperwork and info sent and we had to call the number given about 8 times for a response and called into several other local places to try and gain access before someone started texting me instructions. It does have a kitchen and fridge, washing machine and facilities that we found useful and is spacious, cost effective and in a good location. But sadly we were disappointed at it not being the 2 room flat or images advertised and with the problems gaining access and the lack of curtains it didn't work well for us.

Do not stay here

We arrived in the early evening and could not find the guest house. After entering and trying a number of doors in the are, we sought the help of a local business who did take us to the address provided. The outside was completely dark and we struggled for 15 minutes to enter the building only to find that the combination provided did not work on any of the locks. We attempted to call the provider but there was no answer at the number provided. We had to leave to attempt to get accommodations elsewhere.

立地もよく有料の駐車場も二軒隣くらいにあり便利でした。 部屋も整っていて、ハンガーや洗濯物干し、ドライヤーも準備されていて助かりました。 でも洗濯機の水漏れと予備のトイレットペーパーが無かったのが残念です。
