Mitsui Garden Hotel Kumamoto
Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive.

fav KUMAMOTO
Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying..

GRAND BASE Beppu
Parking was confusing, with 2 spaces not guaranteed. During check-in, we have a few broken things, but couldn't find the Room iPad to report it. The area is 10 min walk from the Beppu station, so it is not difficult to find a restaurant. Room wise, it is quite clean, with everything such as bed, ...
