"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing..

"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."
