El desayuno se sirve solo de 8:00 a 9:30, debiendo tener un horario más amplio, en caso uno decida salir temprano a conocer la ciudad o alrededores.

Para unas verdaderas vacaciones

- Oferta para paseos está muy bien y con guías y choferes calificados. Especialmente el paseo a Lago Lindo que pertenece al mismo resort es espectacular y recomendable. - Wifi no llega a las habitaciones

Hotel amplio y bonito

Las instalaciones del hotel fueron buenas, limpio con diferentes opciones de actividades para hacer dentro del hotel, así como tour. Lo que si falta son más opciones de comida vegetariana, pues lo único que se encuentra son ensaladas.

Paradise in Tarapoto

Beautiful place to explore the jungle. Excellent staff. Their remote location in Lago Lindo is just spectacular!!! You can take a day tour, or even spent a night there. Breathtaking! But be aware that in Lago Lindo, there is no cell phone signal and electricity only from 6-10 pm. In Puerto Palmaras you do have wifi and all the usual amenities.

el servicio de restaurante muy malo, muy poca variedad, la calidad muy mala, no habia arroz, nos ofrecieron yucas pero estaban crudas, luego papas fritas. URGENTE tienen que mejorar.
