"No podíamos ingresar (01:00 AM) por que nadie había enviado correo de confirmación de reserva al administrador local. Esta empresa es dirigida desde Miami, con administrador local el cual no confirma las reservaciones; llegas al hotel y el guardia de seguridad (Prosegur) quien oficia de recepcionista dice no haber recibido orden de que estarías llegando y no te han asignado habitación. Gaste en dos llamadas a Miami para que la central me solucionara el ingreso. Cuando hago el check out quiero...
