Would have been a 5 star stay except for checking out and the systems being down so was waiting around and then told these wouldn’t be back up so just had to leave in the end.

First floor room, hallways were dim with a low ceiling so a little claustrophobic and found it was quite noisy. You could hear people banging around, opening doors and moving chairs but I think the sound carries so not just from rooms nearby.
