Downside: we woke up to bed buds on the bed - a lot of them. "Hi it has the most amazing view of Siena. It’s located up the hill so great views from rooms. It used to be part of a church/ monastery. 5 minutes walk from the main spots in Siena. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. High ceilings in rooms. Lovely patio to sit and have breakfast. Rooms need a bit of renovation. The AC in our room was very weak and we were roasting. But my kids room had decent AC. That was the only bad issue. Otherwise a special place."

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights at the end of June with our 2 teenage daughters in the 2 bedroom apartment named Cipresa (Cypress). We all loved our stay here, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so clean and refreshing and the location was perfect for what were were looking for after 4 busy days in Florence. The ability to have laundry access was also very helpful. Parking was convenient, it was easy to either walk into Siena (very safe and about 20 min) or the front desk can call you...
