"5 stars, because everything was very well organized, the room was spotless, the amenities were good, the bed was very comfortable, and the heating was good. The breakfast was delicious; it was a small buffet, but it had everything you need for a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Oh! Regarding the location, I read in the reviews that it was very far, but it didn't seem that way to me. The train and tram stations are very close; the train station is a two-minute walk, or possibly less, and from there you can get to trains everywhere. The tram station is 10 minutes away, which isn't far either, and there are many restaurants nearby. For film lovers, there's a cinema right on the street behind the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely. You just need to know how to use the right transportation to get to Genoa and the surrounding area, which is 25 minutes by train and 45 minutes by tram. It only costs €4.90. Thank you very much for making my short stay comfortable."

"Air conditioning ok. There are several restaurants in Gaillard 5-6 minutes walk. Shops in Ambilly or Gaillard 15 min's walk. Room was a bit too small with no tea or coffee making facilities - those are my only real complaints, apart fro reception which closes at 20:00 which is too early."

"Check in was a bit confused as I’d booked 2 rooms and the gentleman on reception got a bit muddled with room numbers. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked good but water pressure was a bit weak and shower head a bit clogged with limescale. I wasn’t very happy that paper cups were provided for the tea and coffee making. They were very flimsy and not really strong enough for their purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The seedy bread was especially good! We also went to the restaurant next door and can highly recommend that too."

"Was a comfortable stay. One thing I will say is, states breakfast included, So we was shocked that we was told only adults, children was not allowed to eat breakfast, and we would have to pay for them separately. By someone who was working the breakfast area, Which is terrible, as we included all children on our booking. So every person should have be able to have breakfast. This I do think is appalling, so gave our breakfast to our kids everyday. And there was a bad smell coming from the sink most days. But other than these couple of things, it was a comfortable calm stay. And very quiet area. And receptionist staff was really friendly and helpful."
