"The property gave you that old castle vibe but not the clean version. They had air freshners plugged into the hallway outlets. The carpets need replacing or removal (dirty and stretched out looking). The pool was dirty looking on the bottom and there were particles floating on top. I wanted a room facing the forest area and was told it was first come first serve and those people had selected it, when I went to the hotel website there was no way to select a view or specific room for that matter other than 1 bed or two. When I arrived to my room the balcony doors were unlocked and I wasn't informed. I was on the 1st floor. There were spiderwebs on the balcony. The room areas need more care and there were no chairs on the balcony like in the photos. The property is very beautiful"

"For the cost and convenience to the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed midweek, so it was quiet and relaxing with very few people at the pool or around the property. The rooms were some of the largest we’ve ever had at a hotel like this, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was the view—it truly felt like we were right on the water, and the scenery was absolutely amazing. The location made it easy to enjoy the beaches while still having a peaceful place to unwind. Another bonus was how convenient everything was. There were plenty of fast-food restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, which added a lot of value and made our stay even easier. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!"

"I don’t recommend this property. Very run down, dirty floors, toilet was detached and rocked, air conditioning in common areas couldn’t keep up, people sitting on benches right next to front door smoking 24:7 and it was in the lobby every time we entered. Not family friendly!"

"We spent 2 nights at this hotel last weekend. The staff (Debbie) was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. She had us all laughing from the moment we met her. She was awesome and I would go back to stay there again based on Debbie alone. One thing to note, the fridge wasn’t working when we checked in, but Debbie had a new one on the way 10 minutes later. Huge shout out to Tony with glasses who swapped the fridge for us. The housekeeping does the best they can for what little pay they receive. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t a disaster. Ive definitely stayed in worse places. The A/C was awesome! We kept the room at 65 degrees and it maintained temp for our entire trip. They recently got new mattresses and we did have a couple minor issues with them, they are black in color and leave dark stains on your skin if you come in contact with them which is easy to do because the fitted sheets come off the second you sit down on the bed. The hotel’s location is 5-Stars! Anything you could possibly want is easily within walking distance and several restaurants are right outside the door. There was a strong smell of marijuana that filled the hotel several times during our stay which was disheartening since it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the laughs from our interactions with Debbie made up for it. Thank you Debbie for making our stay fun and memorable! Also the rooms are great for sucking toes. ;-)"

"We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. So you drive all day, go to bed late and exhausted, and you get woke up at 5:45am from the sun coming up. Then some of us still need to drive all day the next day. Now we feel like a zombie from lack of sleep. I'm sure that's safe for others on the road. Not too mention how miserable I was all day."
