"Schönes, altes Haus mit nettem Außenpool und Innenhof. Es ist gemütlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel kein Problem. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück: keine Extras, wie z.B. Eier, Kaffee aus einem großen Behälter."

"Tivemos uma excelente estadia, ótima localização, ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. O quarto é um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, mas como só precisávamos de um local para tomar banho e dormir foi um ótimo custo x benefício. Soledad foi super atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá se retornarmos a Colonia."

"I stayed for 1 week. 4 of the team members stood out as kind and welcoming. Galo, the two Belens and Gimena My room was lovely. Bright and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and a small fridge. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is amazing and the venue looks over the vines. The bikes weren’t in the best of shape. When I booked, I mistakenly thought I’d be able to ride them to town. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers bus service into town. You have to taxi back. The...

"The staff was wonderful. My room was small and could be updated. For example, there were no electrical outlets near the beds. The breakfast was very good"

"Location is excellent. Close to the church restaurants ferry etc. Youth hostel next door is great for burgers and billiards. But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training "
