Fantastic experience, the room was incredible very cozy, the jacuzzi was cleaned out and warmed up every single day. The staff members were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place 10/10. The pools were cleaned every single day, you could see the dedication of the hotel in providing a clean environment for everyone!

Beautiful view of the Arenal volcano from our room and the animals in the field would also come for a surprise visit. Hot springs and the service at Paradise were phenomenal. Would definitely comeback again

The property was over all clean and organized. The hot springs were also well maintained. The rooms were nice and clean and we had the cleaners come in everyday to change towels and clean our room. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The location is the best , you can see the volcano. Menu hot pools, wonderful staff and the food is amazing. We love the spa treatments, very professional. They also offer all kind of excursions, which is very convenient.

The maid service was top notch my wife and I diid not have to ask for clean towels the room was very clean and spacious. The gardens were outstanding and the thermal pools were excellent. I would stay there again. Greater views overlooking Arenal mountain.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk at check-in, with very clear instructions about morning breakfast. Excellent hot springs at various temperatures laid out very nicely with privacy. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. We were facing the Arensl volcano and can occasionally see the full mountain when it was clear. Nice location, not too far from downtown La Fortuna and other main attractions. Very highly recommend this place for staying, if you visit La Fortuna.
