"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Séjour de six jours permettant d'apprécier cet hôtel. Points forts : extrême propreté, changement de linge et soins de ménage même abusifs... luxueux buffet du matin servi dès 6h30h (rare !!!) avec abondance, qualité et recherche. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de profiter du restaurant. Vraiment un bon hôtel où l'on est bien ! A recommander sans réserve."
