"Roof was leaking in our room. Manager changed to another room that had poor air conditioning and we needed a fan. Fan they provided was extremely noisy and disrupted our sleep."

"We were there during a heat wave so the excellent air conditioning was much appreciated! Room was clean, well decorated, great bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was in walking distance to everything! We got room service twice and service and food was great."

"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. ..."
