"The receptionist, named Jeremy, is bald with a beard. He's terrible, disrespectful, and rude. He's damaging the chalet's reputation. He accused me multiple times of taking two drinks from the minibar, and I told him repeatedly that I hadn't taken anything, but he wouldn't believe me. He's impolite, unprofessional, and a liar. "L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
