"This is a very good hotel. Although it is a small hotel, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room are very nice, the decoration is relaxing, i like the fish tanks very much."

"From the USA. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was nice. I wouldn’t say a 5 star like they do here. The Pool area needs to be updated. Service could be a little better for a 5 star hotel as well. Staff was nice. Needs a better bar in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Couldn’t hear the busy traffic from the rooms which is a plus. I would stay here again and recommend but don’t expect the ritz Carlton."

"Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. There were multiple wall outlets for charging devices. The staff spoke little English but they were very warm and friendly. "
