"I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. You could win a customer forever but you preferred to have your rent"

"Hidden gem, where you're not a guest, you're family! From the outside, it’s unassuming, but step inside, and you’re greeted by a magical, rustic charm – think cozy wooden accents and tasteful decor that feels like a warm hug. The hotel is spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making every corner inviting. The location is perfect: a 10-minute stroll to the downtown core and 20 minutes to the beach, ideal for exploring. The bed and pillows? Pure bliss – we slept like royalty. The breakfast, handmade by the host Maria Angelica, was a highlight, with fresh, custom dishes served at our preferred time. But Maria Angelica herself stole the show. Her warmth, patience, and kindness made us feel like family, not guests, from check-in to checkout. This is the only place I’ll stay in La Serena, and I’m already excited for my next visit!"
