Great place to stay

The stay at the hotel was great. I have stayed here several times and the owner's are great. The location was close to where I needed to work and shopping and restaurants are conveniently located in the area.

Great place to stay

The stay at Travel Inn was great. We were one of only two or three guests this time and it was close to the job I was working. The staff was great! They even cleaned the room after our first night, something which is not expected - at least at other hotels I have stayed at. It was quiet and dining establishments are not far away.

Bad Management!

Would not stay here again. Besides the carpet being very dirty, the main issue was that the Male owner opened our room door while we were in the room. He didn't knock first, nor did he say a word to us, just looked at us and left. I found him downstairs, and asked why he did this. He said he didn't know his wife had rented the room and he was going to check the air conditioner. May have been an honest mistake, however, had my husband not been with me, I couldn't have stayed in the room as I was appalled and would have been scared!

Older motel property that has been well kept. Lovely couple keep the Inn clean and safe. Very close to the Amtrac station and the La Junta rail yard but with the ac on we never heard any associated noise. Recommend this Inn for those who want to avoid the 'box' hotels and their over the top prices.

Clean and Convenient

Our Club had a Function on Ordway. I wanted to stay in L J because of restaurants and Convenience. The Rate was very good, the Staff was very helpful. A happy Stay.

Pretty clean, but really loud air unit which was off when we arrived in the evening. Finally cooled the room during the night, and then we were freezing... Small parking lot which made for lots of noise early in the morning when people left.

Great clean hotel with brick walls so no neighbor sounds. Pillow top bed, new carpet and great price. Some cool areas around... Comanche grasslands with forest service tours, Bent’s Fort..go to the Barista in La Junta for a slice of local friendly folks and good coffee and food. Loved the cross country drive through here😘🇺🇸Americana real people places.
