"The staff went above and beyond with all of our request. The bedroom and whole hotel was impeccable. Edwin the manager was super attentive even late at night. The beach is private but close to El Tunco and other strip malls"

"The room I was assigned was a bit too small and did not have proper ventilation so with the humidity plus the lack of windows ventilation and clean air was an issue. Nonetheless, the hotel is great, staff super friendly and resourceful, it super close to the airport and has two great restaurants walking distance and a pollo campero 5 minutes away driving distance. Overall my experience was satisfactory. I would definitely stay again."

"The room semi clean could be a lot better the towels and supplies. They were good. The staff when they are available they’re OK unfortunately the reception hours who knows I guess from 8 to 5 maybe . the beach of view amazing the pool very good , breakfast and dining area horrible"
