Nice hotel convenient for cyclists and skiers. Clean hotel with cute biking theme in great location and nice staff. AC not the best if it’s a hot day and elevator was very slow but otherwise everything else was great!

Good location and facilities. Only negative point was the queue for dinner every evening. We decided to have dinner at 8.30pm to avoid the initial rush. Other than that, a good base for skiing, close to the gondola.

It offers a great location with very kind and good staff. Parking is only available at the hotel when there is space underground. Otherwise only quite expensive paid parking in garages is available in the whole city. Hotel is not the newest, but has great value for money though. Would come again.

A visit for a couple of days while we competed in an event in the Pyrenees. The hotel had everything we wanted; the breakfast had plenty of choice. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to keep cool but apart from that an excellent location for our trip.

terrible.

not good at all, not Air conditioning, was imposible to sleep, and if you open the window the noise outside from traffic and bars keep you awake. the parking is so small that you always scratch your car, which cost more than the room. parking is very expensive at 13 euros per day the cleaning people talk loudly and shout on the hallways, so if you want to sleep in or have a sieasta, forget it, they will not shut up, i called reception, and nothing, i had to get up, get out of the room and ask them to lower their voice, which they did for 5 minutes and then started again. wifi was slow and patchy...not good. Terrible place. not recomendable at all.

Waren im fünften Stock. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auf den Gängen hat es - warum auch immer - nach Schwimmbad gerochen. Wir haben sowohl abends als auch morgens lauwarm geduscht. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir in der Nacht ausschalten da sie zu laut war. Das Buffet war für den Preis sehr reichhaltig aber nicht mehr alles frisch. Stand wahrscheinlich schonmal am Tag vorher. Allerdings ist das sicher auch schwierig bei drei Familien im Speiseraum nichts wieder rauszustellen. Insgesamt muss man aber sagen: Großes Angebot guter Geschmack sehr zuvorkommende Bedienungen. Schade war, dass Spa bzw. Schwimmbad extra gekostet hat. Das stand im Vorfeld nirgends. Die Tiefgarage war mit Sharan sehr herausfordernd.Extrem enges Ein- und Ausfahrts- Abenteuer für 15 € extra. Sollte man sich vor dem Einfahren anschauen Parken in der Nähe schwierig. Wir waren jedoch preis-leistungsverhältnismäßig gesehen zufrieden.

Chambre correcte, on entendait beaucoup les va et vient de l’ascenseur ce qui était un peu dérangeant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain avait une odeur d’humidité, mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien. Je recommande même si pour une nuit c’était un peu cher.

Knappt godkänt

Rummet för fyra personer var mycket enkelt men förvisso rent. Frukosten var bra men otroligt stimmig och rörig. Omysig lokal. Puben var mysig men maten där var under all kritik.
