The receptionist who is currently in training (working the 20:00–05:00 shift) was also extremely helpful. I asked her for recommendations on chocolate gifts to bring back to my colleagues in London, and she went out of her way to write me a list along with her personal suggestions. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and I truly appreciate it."

"Always a pleasure to stay here. I got 3 extra rooms for cousins and their families for staycation before my flight to go home. Location is perfect as it is close to the airport. Mall is walkable and lots of dining options around. The staff is always so nice, smiling, professional and hospitable. Food selection is awesome.
