"Esta fue nuestra primera vez que nos hospedamos en Entrevalle Hotel y fuimos muy gratamente sorprendidos!! El hotel, todas sus instalaciones y habitaciones, el personal todos fueron increibles. Su ubicacion es privilegiada: a solo unos minutos de la carretera principal (entrando por camino de tierra) pero lo suficiente para sentirte lejos, relajado, en calma. En la noche puedes ver las estrellas. A unos pasos de su entrada principal se encuentra Vinos Xecua y fue otra super sorpresa: el restaurant/bar, sus vinos, su comida, su personal y hasta sus mascotas nos dieron una gran estancia."

"My stay was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. I did not feel welcomed, as the receptionist seemed stressed and preoccupied. It was an exceptionally hot day, yet no refreshments were offered upon arrival. While waiting for my sister’s reservation to be processed, I casually mentioned wanting some wine; the receptionist asked a colleague to pour some, but the service felt indifferent and lacked any hospitality. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that there was no decaf coffee, herbal tea, or any caffeine-free beverage options available for guests. The next morning there was no coffee in capsules to make, instead there was a pot of coffee and it was cold and there were no options of cream. I'm lactose intolerant. The sofa bed was not put together when we requested it before we went out for the day. It's an expense hotel and need to put more attention to details. Latitude 32 service was super slow and had cold coffee. Room service at the pool it took 1hr for nachos. there were only two parties at the pool."

"I loved the resort!!!! The pool area. Even though the Ferris wheel are is advertised, it was closed during my stay. The road to the resort very bumpy, take a truck with good tires. but other than that, great place to stay."
