"Property was dated but okay consideting the location. Nice, but unhelpful staff. Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast was a sad, limited affair. Giving up on Wyndham. Sad actually because such shortfalls can be easily easily fixed given the right training culture."

"Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. The room was big. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Windows were always open in pool room which I felt was unsafe being next to an expressway. My room window had a big crack in it, luckily I was on 2nd floor. The fan in my bathroom was so loud it sounded like it was going to fall off."

"Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub."
