"Used it for a 1 night stay during travelling. Nice with a cold dip in the pool. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection. Reception offers to make frozen pizzas in their pizza oven, the result is amazingly good and just what we needed after a day of travelling on the road. "

"The room was clean. Carpets in the hotel have a very musty smell. Decor is weird, mix of old and modern that doesn't work. Everything was functional. Our room was very big with a view of the river, which was very nice. Secured parking was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good. Overall, our stay was nice. "The concept is novel and well executed. We were staying as part of a cycling tour down the Via Rhona, for which the location is perfect, with bespoke secure bike storage. The town is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, but I suggest you book ahead of time as they all get busy. The one big challenge we had was checking in.
