"Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better.

"The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers.
