Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were a family of 4, with small children. The family room has a sketchy and a wobly set of stairs that brings to the Mezzanine where the bathroom is. I was terrified of my kids falling from the stairs. Yes pets welcome but you have an additional charge. Bar ok but when asked for sparkling water at dinner they had run out- it’s not a busy hotel so I wasn’t impressed
