When checking in I asked if a friend could come in and have breakfast with me, with no charge, and I was enthusiastically told yes. It is not about the money but about the conflicting messages and the treatment received. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. However, I wish my laptop had not gotten fried and that the reception desk had been more attentive."
