"We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. Good restaurant, room service and bar. Take the free bikes for a ride around the golf course. Lots of birds including owls can be seen at any time of day. "
"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."

I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad.
