My second stay at this hotel (Yachtman) and they always outdo themselves. The rooms are fabulous and super clean. Their cleaning ladies are always helpful and respectful of our privacy, accepting to assist but not enter. The establishment is dog friendly and right on the docks- absolutely fantastic

Loved the hotel, perfect location and nice room. The hotel has some renovation work going on otherwise I would rate it very highly. Staff are really very nice. There are only two negatives - it is a little bit complicated to park in their car park but ok when you know how, and I would have preferred to have real cups and glasses in the room rather than flimsy paper ones which were too hot to hold to drink the coffee. Located in the harbour, walking distance around the town centre.

Ein sehr nettes, komfortables, kleines Hotel mit hervorragendem Service in toller Lage. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort logiert haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hotel très bien situé. Etablissement remarquable et très moderne.Très beau séjour à la Rochelle. Le personnel a été très accueillant et très professionnel. Cela a été un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans cette établissement. Une grosse bisse à Ketty.

Belle chambre et bien situé

Chambre confortable et moderne car refaite mais au départ nous avions réservé une suite junior avec balcon et vue sur le port avec confirmation d'hôtel.com puis quelques heures plus tard message de l'hôtel en disant que la réservation avit été forcée par le site et que cette chambre n'était pas disponible donc chambre inférieure. De plus personne ne nous a dit que l'hôtel était en travaux donc pas de bar, vois marchez sur des bâches et dans la poussière! Sinon hôtel sympa et bien situé

The location is excellent, the staff are lovely people and made this a lovely place to stay. When travelling for pleasure on holidays genuinely nice people at reception make such a difference to your experience. I’d highly recommend.
