Housekeeping was efficient. All staff extremely helpful. Sylveriene on reception was empathic and helpful on arrival and to help us search for a physiotherapist to help with a fall on the slopes. The property itself is comfortable with all essentials and an unbeatable location.

Sono 10 anni ed almeno 12 volte che ci vengo,: nella SPA da tre anni funziona solo la sauna e ti dicono che riparano il tutto guarda caso la settimana dopo il tuo soggiorno. Quest'anno mi hanno pure fatto storie per il parcheggio: da sempre parcheggio nello stesso posto, sempre chiedendo ed ottenendo il permesso, ma una delle receptionist questa volta mi ha detto che non potevo, per motivi di sicurezza, ma in realtà era per poter parcheggiare lei. Un hotel di 30 camere, con un parking interno per sole 3 vetture, ha aumentato i prezzi, colazione esclusa, e ti prendono pure in giro! Non ci torno più

Bon séjour

Bon séjour dans cet établissement. Bien placé, a proximité du centre ville avec ses commerces et restaurants. Zone de chargement/déchargement très pratique. La chambre et le petit déjeuner sont correctes mais malheureusement pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif proposé. Le SPA est agréable, uniquement une pièce hamman et une pièce sauna car le Jacuzzi était hors d'usage. L'accès aux pistes de ski se fait assez facilement avec assez peu de marche. Mention particulière pour les hôtesse d'accueil qui ont été très souriantes, efficaces, des plus agréables et d'une gentillesse comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent.

Le Gps indique mal cet hôtel , on a " tourné" pendant 1/4h...il est indiqué parking privé alors qu'il n'y a que 3 places....Par contre très bon hôtel avec un bel ascenseur et une salle de relaxation bien équipée ( spa, hammam,sauna).

Aux petits soins pour nous

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 200 m des remontés mécaniques. Plusieurs loueurs de skis (avec consigne pour lasser les skis le soir) sont situés sur le chemin entre l'hôtel et les remontés mécaniques. Nous avons réservé en fin de saison d'hiver, l'hôtel était loin d'être complet. Le personnel était très disponible. Le spa est ouvert entre 16h et 20h. C'est un agréable moment de détente après le ski.

Excellent location, lovely rooms, fantastic staff!

I could not recommend this hotel enough! You will be greeted by lovely, cheerful reception staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. The maids cleaned rooms every day & if you didn't want to be disturbed in the mornings they would leave you a basket outside your door filled with clean towels & toiletries. There is a side entrance which is a short walk from the slopes & areas to store your boots & skis. We had friends staying in the Rock Noir hotel just 5 min walk away who came to see our rooms & they were gutted they didn't book with us as they were paying double for their hotel and couldn't justify the difference! Great balconies with mountain views & minibar quite reasonable. Bus stop just outside. The spa area is lovely to unwind. I cannot comment on food as we ate out every day. I would be excited to stay here again.

Rent och fräscht hotell

Bodde tre nätter på hotellet. Hade egna brädor med. Det fanns förvaringsrum för dem men gick inte att låsa fast där så de fick bo i rummet. Rummen var ganska små så med utrustningen där vart det ändå trängre. Fungerade att ha det så för de få nätter vi var där. En vecka hade vart jobbigare. Fanns ingen ordentlig dusch i rummet men i spa-avdelningen fanns det istället. Frukosten var bra utan några extra vaganser. Sängarna sköna.

very pleasant experience great vacation

this was our first time in the area so we were not sure about which town to stay in. The hotel is located right on the main road with free parking located very close by which we really liked. we were unable to find covered parking but as it was not snowing we did not have an issue with that this time. we had a really big problem in the first two days not having Wi-Fi and had some difficulty communicating to staff what our problem was , but in the end we were able to speak with a nice lady who speaks both English and Italian and she was kind enough to move us into one of the nicest rooms of the property that had Wi-Fi but in the end we were able to speak with a nice lady who speaks both English and Italian and she was kind enough to move us into one of the nicest rooms of the property that had Wi-Fi ( they usually have Wi-Fi but it seems something was broken in these couple of days so we were just unlucky) she was very cordial and helpful and willing to solve the problem quickly. we were really happy with our room which was very large with a very comfortable bed and pillows plenty of closet space and even a massage tub in the room. The location is good to get to the slopes and restaurants and some shopping but it is one of the sleepier towns in the valley. for the rate and the location we would stay here again thank you very much !
