Personnel à l'accueil qui a une veste non entretenue pleine de pelicules et qui devant nous au check out participe à une visio conférence pour un recrutement sans nous prevenir et nous expliquer l'origine du brouhaha. "The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."

"A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."
