"The place is in a safe area a little outside of the main town. The cabins are super cute and very clean. There is a main gate locks and it felt very secure. The walk up the path was tough with luggage ! This was my only complaint, but it was a great work out at the same time. Easy for backpackers but not a single lady with larger luggage. "

"This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! "The hotel was pretty basic, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area around it was safe to walk around, and there were plenty of places to explore. Unfortunately, there was a late-night party at the hotel, and the music was so loud that it even reached our room on the third floor. It made it hard to sleep, but we managed to get through the night."

"We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round."
