"we stay 4 nights they never clean our room not once we only had 2 towel the people at ehe desk was not friendly we had to ask for towel one employee said I think we only have one. we asked on sunday if they where going to ciean room and when we got back we was locked out of our room just for asking ..."

"upon entry of my room, I had to push with my shoulder to open the door being stuck and broken. the carpet was super dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed side lamp was laying on the floor and broken at the base if it wasn't as late as it was I would have for sure asked to chang rooms"
