"I can say that the room was clean but that is the only good thing I can say about it. It was Spartan to say the least. A window shade but no curtains. No decorations on the wall. It looked like a college dorm room the week after everyone has gone home for the summer. Staff was cranky and didn't even know that there was a restaurant at the hotel next door. This wasn't a suite but there was a full-sized refrigerator in the room - not sure anyone needs a fridge big enough to store a Thanksgiving dinner. No hangars in the room at all and only a single pillow on one of the queen-sized beds. Had to go to the front desk to get a second pillow. No bed skirt on the beds and the coverlet wasn't thick enough to provide warmth. Toilet seat looked like someone had scratched it with a rasp. All in all - suggest you pick someplace else unless stark is your vibe."

"Upon checking in the location was just what I was looking for convenience to the university. The problems I had was the room smelled like smoke and an old musky smell. The tv turned on but had no cable to be able to watch anything. The fire alarm cover was hanging off like someone was trying to take it down. The carpet was nasty dirty feeling. There was cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling above the beds. The little fridge shelves were pulled out and leaned up on it like they was gonna clean it but didn’t finish. It was nasty inside it plus it was leaking all on the floor in front of it where our feet got wet when we walked in front of it. The bathroom was so so clean the commode moves when you sat on it to use it. Shower head looked like it needed to be cleaned from all the uses. The towels was small seems like they was made for little people not big people friendly. For it to be under new management they need to step up their game if they want people to choose to stay there. First and last booking for me. Glad I was able to spend the whole days at the university and only sleep at this motel."

"This hotel was very nice, and very clean! You could tell it was very very slightly outdated, but that is compared to a Holiday Inn express that my husband and I stayed at two weeks previous and had just been completely renovated. We would definitely stay in this one again! Love the water and cookies at check-in!"
