They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)"
