"Stayed just for one night. Only a few minutes walk from Atocha Train Station, suited for my overnight stay, having an early train ride the following day. Hotel property is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Had breakfast before I left , for £12 , for me a good value for a breakfast buffet. You can walk from here going to Retiro Park to pass the time before being able to check -in a three. And also going to Madrid Centro is fast by taking Metro 3 , will only take about five...

"Air conditioning was great. Room was fairly clean it does need some paint touch up in places. Had to pay extra for towels. We were a party of 4 and given a towel each to last the entire 4 night stay and when we asked for more they said there would be a charge."

"At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. "bad communication, no response. property description was deceiving, not upfront, unsafe area in madrid. our food was stolen three times from delivery. hounded by beggers, hard nose no response or refund. Stayed elsewhere had to abandon the property 4 days early. Even more Unsafe at night. Would never recomend to anyone. Search the area before making the commitment. "

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."

"Leuk en proper verblijf met groot terras, alleen de buurt is niet zo fijn om tijdens de avond rond te lopen. Metro op 300m is ook een pluspunt. Alleen jammer dat we de laatste nacht het zonder stroom moesten doen door een panne in de straat maar daar kunnen ze bij het verblijf weinig aan doen."

"Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay."

"Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee."
