"We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights. The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything. "room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t...

"Very friendly person who checked me in. I arrived early but they still let me into my room which I greatly appreciated! Room was tiny! Clean, thankfully. The actual building itself looks like a scrap yard. I drove by thinking my GPS took me to the wrong place! Be warned the social media photos do not reflect on what this place looks like at all! Thankfully I was only staying one night. Anyway the room was clean and it served my purpose. "

"Accommodations were good. A few maintenance jobs needed considering price you pay. I.e. shower door didn’t close properly, exterior door hard to close, indoor furniture not comfortable. Did not like being told to clean up and sweep, do dishes etc. after paying over 300$ a night. Feel like that should have been taken care of by facility. "

"Lovely location! The different staff in the brewery were simply wonderful. A delicious breakfast was included each day. We ate a fantastic dinner, filled with locally sourced ingredients. Parking was directly beside the building."
