"Property: very old and I’m still in shocked. For the price that I’ve paid, especially at a Fairmont, I expected a beautiful and newish look. The space near the swimming pool entrance was so dirty. The indoor pool was cold. People keep coming in and out from outside pool. Room: was clean but very old furniture. Bathroom old. I’ve paid less elsewhere for better quality and service. They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. It’s a shame that only the 7th floor is renovated....
