Residence Les Rives du Lac - Vacancéole
The localisation of the property is great, the staff was very kind and helpful but the general site was not very well maintained and dated. Still managed to have a great time.

Azureva Lacanau
Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise ...
