The only negatives is the smell of damp when you walk through the door and the water pressure was very low. The garden was secure which I loved as my children were safe playing. "Very convenient hotel close to Rosslare Ferry terminal with nice bar / restaurant. Good for families. Room, however was very stuffy with little ventilation which led to an uncomfortable nights sleep."
