Hotel has been under going an update to the rooms, the finished rooms are very well done. The property has been badly in need of an upgrade. The owners have done an excellent job on the rooms that have gotten upgraded. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Mostly good

The parking was very safe. The rate was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and smelled clean. The carpet and beds were clean. However, the bathroom had mold on the celing. The caulking was poorly done in the bathtub. The furniture needs replaced. The site was convenient for my needs.

I try not to be too critical on these reviews, so I will start with the good stuff. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The renovated bathroom was really nice, with a very unique shower. On to the bad. There was dirt in the corners of the room, the bedspread had holes and stains on it, and there was no elevator - not a problem for us, but could be for some people.

The place was comfortable, reasonably priced, and convenient in terms of location! The only thing I didn't like was the lighting; when I turned on the main light switch, the main light that came on was a dim, open bulb (i.e. no lamp cover or anything over it) near the TV. Other than that, no issues with it at all!

The room was in complete shambles: chair was filthy and dirty. Bath room had no waste bin, the faucet knob to switch from tap to shower almost came off when pulled. Bath towels had holes and smelt worse than my mopping cloth. The staff at front was indeed courteous and gave us extra towels when we asked for it.

This is not a good hotel to go to and I’m not sure y Expedia give them such a high rating .. staff was not pleasing except for 2 people on the whole staff( lady that works mornings and fella that works nights). They never change sheets or towels unless u take them down to exchange if not they will use the sheets from night before. Police was involved in the parking lot a lot .do yourself a favor and skip this place ik they cheaper than other hotels In Lafayette but it’s not worth it . No breakfast , staff, clean environment, the charge 100$ cash for incidentals.. this place is a rip off

I can’t truly rate this property do to me checking the room out and cancelling. The sheets had a pee stench, a baby spider in the tub, mold at the bottom of the shower wall. You can definitely believe any reviews u see on this or yelp. I wanted to think otherwise but I just wasn’t a fan as a young lady. The man at the front desk also sent a lady with a smart mouth to get us out the room, however we were inspecting to make sure we truly didn’t want to make the room work. Glad we didn’t.
