I think we had the best location for our vacation. Wake up to a view of the ocean, very quiet, not even much traffic noise, especially at night. Sounds of the ocean if you want, close the windows if you don’t! The boardwalk is a 5 minute walk, which takes you to restaurants overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful. The only “better if” would be more communication prior to arrival on how to check in. Owner and his wife very friendly, available quickly if needed.

The apartment claimed to have King size bed which was the main reason for booking and turned out it was only a double bed. Also, we arrived close to 4:00 and had a hard time reaching the owners. No telephone and no answer on their door. In addition when we finally made contact, they had to clean the room first so we didn't get in until after 5:00

Bon environnement, très près de la plage(une rue à traverser et vous y êtes). Beaucoup de commodités(lave-vaisselle,lave-linge, balcon pour étendre etc) dans l'appartement. Près de Lagos centre et de la promenade sur le bord de la mer. Améliorations souhaitables : le confort du lit et la literie laissent à désirer. Il devrait y avoir des moustiquaires car il y a vraiment beaucoup de maringouins et autres. Aussi du chauffage et de la climatisation seraient un atout. Bien dans l'ensemble et propre.

Il ne s’agit pas d’un complexe hôtelier mais bien d’une coopérative d’habitation. Il n’y a pas de réception ni de service. Aucune consigne pour l’arrivée. Tout de même un appartement très vaste et bien équipé. Très près de la plage. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Very good value in off-season. Close to beach.

It was off season, so we got this huge place with a kitchen and two bathrooms for a very good price. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very close to the beach, but you'll need a car or cab to get downtown. Nothing too fancy, but we wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Die Lage war top und auch alles sehr sauber ABER die Anlage ist alt und abgeliebt. Der Kühlschrank kaputt, die Duschwanne gerissen, viel zu wenige Steckdosen in der Küche und ziemlich viele Fliesen gerissen....

Fiquei indignada. Além do hotel ser muito simples, tinha um aquecedor a gás na cozinha/sala. O quarto e o banheiro não tinham janelas e fiquei muito preocupada com a liberação de monóxido de carbono pelo aquecedor. O quarto ficava no térreo e mesmo assim optei por dormir com as janelas da sala abertas. Mas dormi muito mal. Não tinha recepção 24h para trocar o quarto. Único ponto positivo foi o atendimento do rapaz da recepção quando fiz o check-in.

Overall this was a nice place to stay,but ran out of hot water one day after a 10-minute shower. Satellite TV was spotty one night and froze every few minutes even after resetting it. Kitchen was great but didn't have basics like salt, pepper, coffee or cooking oil. The area is very quiet and only a few minutes' drive to Lagos--best to have a car if you plan to go into town regularly while staying here.

Okay place, friendly staff

The people working at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the room was a bit dated but was clean and well presented. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the front desk can easily order a taxi for you into town for about 6 Euros. I stayed with two friends and it was ideal for us as a place to crash at/leave our bags. Not the most luxurious of places, but does the job.

Not in the centre of Lagos

The photos are not like the building which is in need of a paint on the outside. Despite check in time being 3pm there was no-one there, I had to wait at least 20 minutes after my taxi driver called and then I had to wait while they changed the bedding in the bedroom. The apartment inside is very spacious and nice. Opposite a very nice beach but a bus ride into Lagos. The bus stop is close but only limited rides on weekends. No supermarket or shops close by - you need a car or bus to get there. However, there are restaurants and cafes across the road.

Private apartments being used for short term stays. Approx 3km from the main beaches/centre of town. The beach nearby resort is a short walk however very desolate. Helpful but unprofessional/untrained front desk. Unable/unwilling to assist with our airconditioner that wasn't working. Otherwise rooms suitably equiped.

Great beach appartment

A big appartment very well furnished. We stayed only two nights but we could have stayed a week or two. The beach is fantastic with several restaurants close by. Five minutes by car or 30 by foor to Lagos centre. There is also a bus.

The condo was a bit dated but the space was larger than expected. It was more than adequate space as it included a living room and a full-size kitchen. For the price, it could not be beat.
