"Chali is by far the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro. It has a true resort feel, like the Caribbean. Rooms are spacious, staff is amazing, drinks were great, and the views are amazing. Coming back from New York soon for sure. "

"Staffs are very helpful and friendly. No restaurant at the building. Very annoying sounds from water pressure down the 3rd floor. Good thing I was moved to 6th floor. Happily did not add rate to my room. Accessible to transportation. Tv not good , saved by my laptop. Overall, you get what you pay for. I will come back again if the room is on the 6th floor. "

"I stayed in two different rooms last month. The first one had a few gnats, when I came back a few days later, I was given a room totally infested with little black flies. I had to get my own bug spray and used the whole can just to get control of them. The staff were nice."
