There was pubic hair in my sheets when I pulled them down for bed. There was a long black hair in one of my folded towels in the bathroom. There was no room service as promised. They were 30 minutes late getting a room ready. There was only one channel on the TV. They could not built to my room at the driftwood wood kitchen. Floors and walls were all scuffed up, and it felt overall filthy in there.

This was an average hotel in an expensive area. We came to participate in a business conference. The free trolley around the city was the best. The sand is a little rough, but the water was great.

Parking is valet and I suggest you check your car every time you drop it off and pick it up, it is also around $50 a day to park at the hotel plus a resort fee. The hotel is located in a great area.
