Everything was nice in this hotel. Even the pool was nice being heated and the hot tub was great. The only bad thing was somebody's dog threw up in the elevator and I don't think the staff knew so nobody could use the elevator for the night that we were there also, the hallway carpets are pretty disgusting but other than that it was a great place to stay

No free breakfast room floors dirty had toenails on floor had a situation and security just sat around I have pictures of him just sitting doing nothing talking to the overnight staff that works the front then overheard them talking bad about residents that stay there thought I was a gang member because I was dealing with a situation which he was being super passive aggressive over I will not be coming back I felt unwelcome

Location was good. We stayed in a one bedroom suite(231). Rooms were nice size. The living room sofa sleeper was so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The mattress was also dirty and very uncomfortable. The hallway carpet was dirty as well. Because of the cleaning issues, I will not be staying here again.

If you love dogs this is the place for you! I miss having a restaurant on site. There is a snack, as in chips and cold drinks space. Breakfast is sold from 7 to 11. They use Starbucks coffee and premade sandwiches. They have yogurt. The carpet needed a shampooing. The sheets are white, all the linens are white. They have a lavender Citroen shampoo conditioner and body wash, there is a bottle of the same scent for your body.

The Staff was helpful, informative, and quick to follow through on requests. Open parking was reasonable and ample surrounding the Hotel. Security checking the parking area was a plus and made up for The minimum daily parking fee that was not included in our stay. Both the hotel, and room were clean. The small swimming pool and hot pool were clean, plenty of tables and towels. Information about the restaurant and bar were closed up on arrival. They did have a small market for essentials. A quick shout out to Staff personnel Octavio who was available to service any concerns during our stay.
