"Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any disturbance from construction."

"The room was immaculate with excellent fixtures in the bathroom. The window unit was a wee loud but it kept us cool day and night. The fridge worked well and looks adorable. The (free) laundry was great too. There are two washers and two dryers. "
